Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies, including recruitment, retention, and optimization of affiliate partnerships
● Evaluate and approve affiliate applications, focusing on profitable customer acquisition and quality partnership engagements
● Manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands, ensuring optimal allocation and ROAS and, importantly CAC and MER
● Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers and Affiliate Directors fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
● 3-4 years of relevant experience in in-house e-commerce or agency marketing, specifically focusing on affiliate marketing
● Familiarity with affiliate networks, particularly Awin, and understanding various online marketing channels
● Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google
- The most important qualification is experience with low level systems programming and optimization, whether it is in C, C++, or any other language.

- Can understand, interpret, and improve application performance through hardware performance counters and other profiling tools
- This role is specifically working at a market market, a high frequency trading firm in NYC and runs by market hours. Fully onsite position.

in-house experience working for a brand are preferred over agency backgrounds. While candidates with agency experience will be considered, it's important that they demonstrate a track record of being able to handle multiple influencers at a time, given the fast-paced nature of this role, and effectively manage budgets.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record of driving conversions, as this is crucial to the success of our influencer marketing program. This person should also be data driven and be able to speak to successful campaigns/partnerships they have managed in the past.

Ideally, the candidate should have experience managing budgets of at least $100k per month - specifically for influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:
Candidates who have less than 7+ years of experience should possess:
Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux command line.
Good understanding of the usage of TCP/IP and UDP networking in applications.
Strong understanding of network routing and troubleshooting.
Strong experience in writing SQL database queries.
Intermediate experience in Python.
First line support and root cause problem diagnosis within a real-time, distributed environment.
Large-scale application and infrastructure capacity planning and deployment.
Organizing application migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
